Howe- Mass of Christian Burial for Rose M. Rejcek will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 20 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Rev. Jeremy Myers will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. Mrs. Rejcek, 95, passed away Friday, January 16 at Medical City of Dallas. Rose was born January 5, 1920 in Granger, Texas to the late Gabriel and Emelia Horak. Rose was preceded in death by two husbands, Edward Jaresh (1967) and Jody Rejeck (2002). She worked as a beautician for many years in Dorchester and was a longtime member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Mrs. Rejeck is survived by one son, Jeff Jaresh and his wife Joan of Howe and one sister, Bessie Tydlaska of Dallas. In addition to her parents and husbands, Rose was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Martinek and three brothers, Aldrich Horak, Gabe Horak, and Emil Horak. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM Monday, January 19 at Waldo Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:00 following the rosary.
