Bio

Nancy A "Nonie" (Brown) Moore was the youngest daughter of Richard and Elizabeth Nancy (Thompson) Brown. Her siblings were: Sarah, Mary E "Polly," Robert A and Joseph Thompson. Nancy married Francis Jackson Moore 10 Aug 1865 in Rutherford Co., TN. Eleven children were born of this union: Robert B, William R L, Cora E, Oscar D, Altia M, Theodore, Ethel Sonora, Otis, Herschel G, Baby Boy (Elbert T), Artie B, Lee and Leslie. The story is that this family traveled by covered wagon from TN to Ky about 1879 with their two sons Robert and Lee.
