Bio

Son of John and Marie Koudelka Zapalac - husband of Agnes Vurovetz Zapalac. Father of Ray E. Zapalac and Virginia Zapalac Koehl Victor was my father-in-law's (Frank Zapalac) brother. He was a retired employee of Atlantic Oil Co and had lived in Victoria for 21 years. Head injuries from a car accident claimed his life.
