. . . . . . . . . . Marcia Violet Uptmor married Alvin Sulak on April 19, 1952 in Rockdale, Texas. She lived in West before moving to Rockdale in 1954. She worked as a seamstress at the Cameron Sewing Factory, at the Hodges Men’s Shop in Rockdale and also did personal work from her home. Marcia was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was on the Alter Society. She was also a member of SPJST and was a Director at the MARC Center before retiring in the early 90’s. Marcia Sulak, 81, of Rockdale, passed away on a Friday in Cameron, Texas. Memorial services were held on Monday, December 15, 2014 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale with Deacon Don Sims officiating and Christian burial following at I.O.O.F. Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Timothy Sulak ; grandson, James Derek Wall ; and son-in-law, James Ray Wall . . . . . . . . . . .
