WILLIAM "BILL" A. JACKSON, 62, a former resident of Colorado Springs, died March 12, 1999, in Casper, Wyo. He owned a landscaping company. Mr. Jackson was born Jan. 1, 1937, in Colorado Springs. He was married April 2, 1956, to Dorothy Lee VanTeylingen. He is survived by his ex-wife, Dorothy Sharp; two sons, Frederick and Gary; two daughters, Patricia Harris and DeeDee Hartford; his mother, Ruby Jackson; a brother, George F. Jr.; and 11 grandchildren.
