Mrs. Ima Cooper, 804 N. Tennessee St., died Saturday in Wysong Hospital. She was born in McKinney Dec. 24, 1866. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Doyle Strickland, McKinney; brother, Elbert Baxter, Franklin; grandchildren, Mrs. J.J. McClain, Baton Rouge, La.; Mrs. Lee B. Harrington, New Orleans; great grandson Warren McClain, Baton Rouge, several nieces and nephews.Funeral services were held 2:30 Sunday in Crouch-More Chapel, Bill Shelton officiating, with burial in Bethel Cemetery.
