AN OPERATION PROVES FATAL Mrs. Trella Dies in Columbus Hospital Friday Mrs. Antonie Bareta Barnash died at 5:30 o'clock Friday morning in a hospital at Columbus following a major operation. She had been In poor health the last few months but her condition was not regarded as serious until two weeks ago. The body was brought to the home off her daughter, Mrs. Leo Harris, here Saturday. Mrs. Trella as she was better known here, was a native of Krakaw, Poland, where she was born May 26 1877, being 59 years old at the time of her death. Mrs. Trella whose maiden name was Antonie Bareta, was married to Antone Trella in her native country. She and her husband came to this country in May, 1905. They first settled at Columbus, Neb., where they remained for ten years. They moved to Greeley county twenty-one years ago. Mr. Trella died in 1831. Two sons and three daughters died in infancy. Three daughters survive. They are Mrs. Frank Nealon, Mrs. Leo Harris, and Mrs. Earl M Murphy, all of Greeley. Mrs. Trella was married to Mr. Barnash of Columbus about a year ago. He also survives. Funeral services were held at Sacred Heart church here Monday morning at 9 o'clock. Father Feeney officiated. Burial was in Sacred Heart cemetery. The pallbearers were three step-sons, John, Andrew, and Stanley Barnash, Edward Neckoliczak, Edward Holys, and Patrick McNeils. Mrs. Trella was a kindly disposed woman. She was beloved and respected by a wide circle of friends and neighbors here.
