Bio

Frances passed away on July 19, 1930. It took almost 30 yrs. for her headstone to be paid in full and placed on her grave as this was a time of great hardship throughout America. When the headstone was placed there was an error on the date of her passing which reads July 17, 1930. Deanna Herman (Great granddaughter to Frances)
