Myrtle Lou Archer Burkette 1933-2014 Myrtle Lou Burkette, 81 of Molino, FL passed away on Tues., Oct. 14, 2014. She was born on Feb. 4, 1933 in Robertsdale, AL to the late Gilford and Lena Archer.Myrtle was a former employee of Gayfers. She loved her family and her church.She is preceded in death by her parents; and her son in law, Raymond B. Silcox, Sr. Myrtle is survived by her husband of 61 years, W.J. Burkette; son, Mike (Cindy) Burkett; daughter, Pam Silcox; grandsons, Raymond, Jr. and Brandon Silcox and Dusty and Shawn Burkette; 10 great grandchildren; and numerous step grand and step great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Mon., Oct. 20, 2014 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North with Reverend Brian Calhoun, officiating. Burial will follow in Pensacola Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sun., Oct. 19, 2014 at the funeral home.Pallbearers will be: Raymond B. Silcox, Jr., Brandon Silcox, Dusty Burkette, Shawn Burkette, Rodney Archer and Eddie Hicks. Pensacola News Journal 10/17/2014
