Bio
J. C. Thomas Branch, age 82 of Winchester, passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2005 at Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester. Mr. Branch was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Crossroads Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Lerah Branch; sons, Ronnie Branch and Barry (Patty) Branch of Winchester; a daughter, Lisa (Ahmed) Vakili of Tullahoma; three grandchildren, Randall Jay Branch and Jennifer and Jessica Vakili; two sisters, Christine Stahl and Freda (Harold) Limbaugh of Winchester; two brothers, Alton (Liz) Branch of Winchester and Wayne Branch of Old Hickory. The funeral service was conducted on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2005 at 10 a.m. from the Roy B. Watson Chapel of the Watson-North Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Houston, officiating. Interment followed in the Franklin Memorial Gardens with Darryl Collins, Kenneth Collins, Kerry Limbaugh, Michael Limbaugh, Richard Branch and Boby Rogers serving as pallbearers.
