James Ray VIENNA -- James Harvel Ray, 84, of Shreveport, La., formerly of Waynesboro, Tenn., died at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002, at Heritage Manor South in Shreveport. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna, with the Rev. Terry Ray and the Rev. Russell Gilbert officiating. Buial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Johnson City.
