SFC US ARMY WORLD WAR II, KOREA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ernest Aimer of Huntsville, Alabama, a retired civil service employee, died August 14, 2002. He was 76. Mr. Aimer was a military veteran and a member of Knights of Columbus, Civitans and Holy Spirit Catholic Church. He volunteered for CASA and Meals on Wheels. Survivors include his wife, Willie Mae Aimer; one son, Stan Bacak of Huntsville, Alabama; three daughters, Dolores Rader of Fairfax, Va., Beverly Coccia of Brentwood, Tenn., and Annette Booth of Birmingham; one sister, Frances Barton of Waco; three brothers, Alfonse Aimer, Joe Aimer and Albin Aimer, all of Waco; and four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The funeral was August 17 at 10 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Father Louis Giordano officiating. Burial with military honor was at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
