Bio

Rotan Allen, died April 4, 1991 in Decatur ALA. Services at Rosemound Cemetery by Wilkirson Hatch FH. Mr. Allen was born in McLennan county TX Aug 8, 1907. In 1930 he married Mildred Wiley, and she preceded him in death. Mr. Allen was a farmer in the Levi community most of his life, was a member of the Levi Gin Association and an election official for that area. Survivors: daughter, Edith Allen Hobbs of Decatur ALA.; sisters, Doris Hobbs, Velma Thedford and Helen Seawright all of Waco TX and Ollie Kirkland of Houston TX; and two grandchildren.
