Anderson, one of the pioneer citizens of Beckham County died at the home of his daughter Mrs. Garth Hamon,(sic) Feb. 20, at the age of sixty nine years. Mr. Mitchell and family came to Oklahoma about 20 years ago and settled near Doxey where the family have resided since. Funeral services were held at the home of Mrs. Hammon and interment was had at the Doxey-Sayre Cemetery Saturday afternoon.
