Doris (Bonnie) Snider, age 71 of Tours, passed away Monday, January 10, 2005 in Tours. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, January 13, 2005 at St. Martin's Cemetery in Tours, with Rev. Vincent Chacko officiating. The family will receive visitors at Kotch Funeral Home in West from 6 p.m.to 7 p.m. Wednesday. Mrs. Snider was born November 11, 1933 in Hubbard. She was raised in Hubbard and Waco, and graduated from Waco High School. She married Lionel Charles Snider in 1951 and they had three children. He preceded her in death in 1985. She then married William (Buck) Snider in 1987. "Bonnie," as she is loving(ly) remembered, was ill for the last seven years of her life. She was a source of joy and encouragement to her family in spite of her disabilities. Her family and children were extremely blessed to call her mom. "Uncle Buck" was a loving husband and caregiver to her the last years of her life. For this her children can never repay him. Thank you "Uncle Buck" for loving our mom. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survivors include her husband, William (Buck) Snider of Tours; her mother, Gladys Beane of Mart; two sons, William H. Snider of Tours and Charles J. Snider and wife Kathy of West Lake, Louisiana; a daughter, Sandra Kay Ermoian and husband T.J. of China Springs; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
