Mrs. Kelley died November 4, 2003 at her residence in Silsbee. She was a native of Pitkin, Louisiana and a housewife and mother. Survivors include daughter, Mary Lou Hill Jones of Trinity; son, Roy Wayne Hill of Buna; and five grandchildren.
