JAMES RUSSELL FLEET, 59, of 311 Jefferson St., died at Washington County Hospital Thursday. Born and reared in Hagerstown, he was the son of Frank R. And Bessie Cooper Fleet. Employed at the Hagerstown Shoe Company, he retired 15 years ago. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. Survived by: his mother; sisters, Virginia Loudenslager, Warsaw, Va.; Mrs. Roy Houser and Mrs. Ruth Highbarger, both of Hagerstown; brothers, Ralph, San Diego, Calif.; Marvin C., Winchester, Va.; and Charles, Buffalo, NY. Services Saturday at 2 pm at Coffman Funeral Home by the Rev. Arthur Garvin. Burial at Rose Hill Cemetery. *** Morning Herald, Hagerstown, Maryland Friday, May 24, 1968
