Husband of Samantha Upchurch. Son of Green and Sarah Blackburn Obit: Mike Blackburn. Death of Mike Blackburn, Paris, Rt 1, occurred at his home in Reno Community, Sunday at 5:20 AM. after a week'a illness. He was born November 24, 1858 in Tennessee, and had been a farmer in this county many years. Funeral services was held at 10 AM Monday at the Methodist Church at Reno, conducted by the Rev M.A. Stout, Metheodist Pastor at Avery, with interment by Brown-Roden Funeral Home at Union Grove Cemetery. Grandson being Pallbeares. He leaves his wife, Samantha, and these children, John, Clarence and Walter Blackburn, Reno; Claude Blackburn, Paris; Clyde Blackburn, Sylvan; Mrs. Maude King, Longview; Mrs. Tommie Secrest, Pattonville; 19 Grandchildren and 18 Great-grandchildren.
