Pearl M Amos, age 94, o f Marysville , KS died on September 29,1999 at CMH Long term care Graveside services were held October 4, 1999 at 11:30 a m at Sargent , Ne Rev . Mark Christ officiated Burial was at Mt . Hope Cemetery. Pearl was born on March 4, 1905 at Sargent to Jeff and Minta Gibbons She married Claris Amos who died in 1988 She was a housewife who helped farm with her husband. She attended school in Sargent. After they were married they lived in Sargent, then moved to Shubert, Ne where they farmed until 1977 They then lived in Falls City, Ne. and then moved back to Sargent where they lived until Clans died Then daughter Janet brought Pearl to live with her in Marysville. Survivors include One son, Duane Amos of Port St. Lucie, Fla , One daughter, Janet Lindsey of Marysville , KS , Two sisters, Tressie Russell of Broken Bow, and Sylvia Cooksley of Los Angeles, Ca, 11 grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband Clans Amo s who died in 1988, a daughter Gwendolyn Goetting and son William Amos From the Sargent Leader October 7, 1999 Contributor: Terry Wilmoth -Jepsen (47545613)
