Bio
Cecil was a son of Oma Elmer Richards (1886-1961) & Auzia Edna Miller (1887-1964). Cecil first married Charlotte Evelyn Spencer (1914-1990) on January 30, 1930 in Loup City, Sherman Co., Nebraska. They had one identified son. Cecil then married Mary Gertrude Ziegler (1920-1982). Details on Gertrude and this marriage have not been determined. They had nine identified children. Marriage apparently ended in divorce. Cecil then married Hazel Margaret Hilton (1913-1971) on July 14, 1958 in Michigan. His death certificate reports he was a widower at the time of his death in 1989.
