Bio

Ruby E. Miller, 96, of Mishawaka, Ind., died on Tuesday, November 22, in Plymouth, Ind. Ruby was born on July 11, 1909, in Barron County, Wis. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Ethel, Callie and Leta; and two brothers, Charlie and Carl. On August 1, 1929, in Stillwater, Minn., as the former Ruby Hover, she married Arthur E. Miller who preceded her in death on October 21, 1969. Surviving Ruby are her children, Gerry Barnes of Plymouth, Tom (Laurie) Miller of Plymouth and John (Maureen) Miller of Mishawaka; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. The family will receive visitors on Friday, November 25, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, Ind. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 26, at Coalbush Untied Methodist Church, Mishawaka, where there will be a visitation one hour prior to the services, with the Rev. Jo An Schaetzle officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
