Bio

BURDA - KOMINEK Miss Florence L. Burda, daughter of Mrs. James Volak of Britton, South Dakota was married August 13, at 9 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic church to Bohumil E. Kominek of Lincoln, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Kominek of Seward. Mrs. P. J. Meehan furnished organ music and Rev. Father Kealy performed the ceremony. The bride was attired in a cinnamon brown crepe dress with dark brown accessories. She wore a corsage of pink roses. The bride's attendant was Miss Agnes Drda, who wore a black crepe dress trimmed in white, with black accessories. Emil Chloupek of Seward was the best man. The bride has been employed in Lincoln for the past three years. The bridegroom is employed at the Havelock Shops. After the ceremony a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bridegroom's parents. The couple will spend their honeymoon in South Dakota.
