OBITUARY- AUSTIN -- John Freeman Williamson, 80, of 1002 Ninth Ave. S.W., a retired contractor-block layer, died Monday (Oct. 28, 1991) at his home. He was born Dec. 18, 1910, in Freeborn County. In June 1949, he married Nellie Adams in Northwood, Iowa. She died Feb. 15, 1984. On June 15, 1985, he married Beulah Lee at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church. She died Oct. 22.1991 Survivors include two stepdaughters, Shirley (Mrs. Clair) Horsman of Spring Valley and Beverly (Mrs. Raymond) Hansen of Austin; five step-grandchildren; 10 step-great-grandchildren; four sisters, Emma Unger of Byron, and Lena Maixner and Marion Ylezek, both of Austin, and Inez (Mrs. Neil) Spitzack of Owatonna; and five brothers, Osmer of California, Nordeen, Roger and James, all of Austin, and Loren of Cottage Grove, Minn. The funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Red Oak Grove Lutheran Church in rural Austin, with the Rev. Joel O. Rustad officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, with military graveside rites by the VFW. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Worlein Funeral Home in Austin. There will be no visitation at the church.
