Mrs. Charles J. Oborny RUSH CENTER - Elizabeth S. Oborny, 81, died July 11, 1986, at Hadley Regional Medical Center, Hays. Born Elizabeth S. Hladik Nov. 15, 1904, at Touhy, Neb., she married Charles J. Oborny Aug. 15, 1933, at Touhy, Neb. He died Dec. 12, 1965. She was a resident of Rush County since 1933. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Timkcn, St. Anne's Altar Society and the Hopewell EHU. Survivors: sons, Charles S., La Crosse, Leonard C., Rush Center, Larry S., Green Bay, Wis.; daughters, Mary Ann Nather and Agnes Pechanec, both of Timken, Betty L. Skillett, Hays; brother, Frank Hladik, Valparaiso, Neb.; 34 grandchildren; and 42 greatgrandchildren. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Timken, Father Ultan Murphy. Burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Timken. Parish rosary will be at 8 p.m. Monday at Janousok Funeral Home, La Crosse. Memorials may go to the Heart Equipment Fund for Rush County Memorial Hospital. Hutchinson News July 13, 1986
