Bio

He was born July 22, 1907 in Rhome, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Otis Coulter. He moved to Gainesville in 1936, where he was a general contractor. He was the father of five daughters; Dollie, Ollie, Janie, Patricia and Jo. He had one brother, Richard and four sisters, Winnie, Esma, Eula and Odessa. He died in Gainesville Memorial Hospital.
