Patricia Ann Young, age 57, of Peoria, Ariz., formerly of Council Bluffs, passed away suddenly on October 6, 2007, at her sons home in Council Bluffs. Patricia was born January 10, 1950 in Onawa, Iowa to Merl and Rose (Warengo) Shultz. She graduated from West Monona High School in 1968. Patricia was cafeteria manager for Lewis Central Schools from 1970-2000. She married Thomas Young on April 19, 2000, and have made Peoria, Arizona their home since that time. Patricia is survived by her husband, Thomas Young; daughter, Amy Warengo and husband, Robert, all of Peoria; son, Chad Bumsted and wife, Jennifer, of Council Bluffs; parents, Merl and Rose Shultz, of Onawa; grandchildren, Travis, Jacob, Madeline, Morgan, Joshua, Dalton, Lucas; brother, Gene Shultz and wife, Dianna, of Sioux City, Iowa; stepdaughter, Pam Young and husband, Tim Duplanty; stepson, Brian Young and wife, Betsy, all of Boise, Idaho; two nieces and one nephew. Funeral Service, Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. A lunch will follow at the home of Chad and Jennifer Bumsted. Graveside Service and burial will be held in Peoria, Arizona. Memorials to Hospice of the Pines, 13175 E. Highway 169, Dewey, Ariz 86327.
