OBITUARY FOR CHARLES WILLIAM DINNELL -------- Charles William Dinnell, 82, retired Burlington employee, died early Sunday morning (June 8, 1958) in Hastings, Nebraska. Charles "Will" was born June 11, 1876 near Jamesport, Mo., the nineth child of William & Susan (Stretch) Dinnel. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Palisade, with the Rev. H. W. Lebsack, Hastings, officiating. He is survived by his widow, Emma, who lives in Hastings; two daughters, Aletha Martin of Elkhart, Ind. and Elva Pritchett of McCook; a brother, George of Palisade, and a sister, Mrs. Ella Terry of Wauneta; seven grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Mr. Dinnell had lived in Palisade and McCook since he was nine. His married his first wife, Minnie Browning, on Sept. 29, 1898 in Alma, Nebraska, who died in 1947, and he remarried Emma Lashmett on Nov. 4, 1953 in Imperial, Nebraska.
