Herald Coaster, January 12, 1992: Funeral services for Loyline Nawara, 74, of Needville, are scheduled for 4 p.m. Monday at Needville United Methodist Church in Needville, with Rev. David Foster and Rev. Bluford Weikel officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Nawara died Saturday at Gulf Coast Hospital in Wharton. She was born October 18, 1917. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Brau; her brother, Adolph Brau; and her husband, Gus Nawara Sr. She is survived by a daughter, JoAnn Parr and husband, Raymond, of Needville; a son, Gus Nawara Jr. and wife, Pam, of Rosenberg; sisters, Ursula Prihoda of Damon and Minnie Kirk of Garrison; brothers, Henry Brau of Rosenberg and Carl Brau of Rosenberg; sister-in-law, Josie Brau of Rosenberg; grandchildren, Doris Gene Rosales, Kristey Lynn Nawara, Travis Lee Parr, Raymond Parr Jr., and Gus Ellen Nawara; great-grandson, Christopher Adam Parr Rosales; and several nieces and nephews. Services are under the direction of Garmany & Carden Funeral Directors, Inc. in Needville.
