Susan Victoria Haynes was married to Samuel Price Keene on December 24, 1884 in Fannin County, Texas. She was the daughter of Henry C. Haynes. Susan Victoria Haynes and Samuel Price Keene had the following children: Zula Keene, Jennie B. Keene, Wilie Price Keene, Martin Lee Keene, Malcolm Dewey Keene, and Albert Keene. When Susan Victoria Haynes Keene was born on August 1, 1861, in Socapatoy, Alabama, her father, Henry, was 34, and her mother, Penina, was 32. She married Samuel Price Keene on December 24, 1882, in Fannin, Texas. They had seven children in 23 years. Susie often went to Bonham, Fannin County, Texas to visit two of her sons, Willie Price Keene and Malcolm D. Keene and friends. We never met our great grandparents... Susie died on March 9, 1960, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 98. Burial was at Resthaven Memorial Park, Shawnee, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, USA Memorial ID.# 11868384.
