Columbus Daily Enquirer Wednesday, Aug. 02, 1871 Page 3 Death of an Estimable Lady --- On yesterday died Mrs. Elizabeth M. Tyler, wife of Mr. J. A. Tyler, an old prominent citizen of our city. Taken sick on Sunday, of congestion, her earthly career was speedily closed. She was a valued citizen, highly esteemed for her many good qualities. A member of St. Paul M. E. Church, her pathway through life led to that home above, where the weary are at rest. She leaves a large family to mourn her loss and await the everlasting reunion.
