Times Record News - 11 Oct 2013 - 3 - Russell Lee Philpot Sr., 85, of Iowa Park, died Sept. 26, 2013, in Wichita Falls. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Services are under the direction of Falls Funeral Home of Wichita Falls. Mr. Philpot was a truck driver. Survivors include children, Chris Beck, Ron Cox and Kenny Philpot; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
