Bio

WELLINGTON - Rhuia Neeley Norman, 90, died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2005. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Primitive Baptist Church with T. J. Pittman, elder, officiating. Burial will be in North Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are by Adams Funeral Home. Mrs. Norman was born May 31, 1915, at Honey Grove to William J. Neeley and Louella J. Moore Neeley. She married Curtis Norman on June 17, 1934, at Wellington. Survivors include a son, Glen Norman of Wellington; two daughters, Barbara Ray of Childress and Patsy Barnett of Wellington; two sisters, Virginia Albright of Lubbock and Naomi Bradley of Corpus Christi; six grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Wellington Cemetery Association or Primitive Baptist Church. Amarillo Globe-News, Sept. 16, 2005
