Brenda Null, 68, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2013, with Rosary at 7 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis. Mass of the Christian Burial will take place at 10 a.m., Thursday, September 19, 2013, in the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church of Ennis. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Brenda was born in Corsicana, Texas on April 10, 1945 to Clitis V. and Dorothy (Windham) Jordan. She grew up in Corsicana and graduated from Corsicana High School. On April 20, 1963 she married Eugene Patak he passed away in 1989; she later married William Bill Null on September 16, 1994 and he passed away in 2000. She resided in Ennis from the time of her marriage to Eugene until her death. She worked for the Ennis Municipal Hospital for over thirty years in various departments but she enjoyed patient care the best. She was a member of St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church and was a fifty year member of the KJZT #16. She loved doing crafts and all outdoor activities. She was blessed to have a special connection with each and every one of her grandchildren. Her loving and sweet character will be missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents C.V. and Dorothy Jordan, husbands, Eugene Patak in 1989 and William Bill Null in 2000, one brother, Billy Jordan and one granddaughter, Amanda Valek. She is survived by one son, Troy Patak and his wife Kim of Ennis; daughters: Karen Snow and her husband Chris Snow of Trophy Club, Texas, Sharon Valek and her husband Chris Valek of Ennis, Cynthia Pruitt and her husband, Rowdy Pruitt of Ennis; nine grandchildren: Casey, Brittany, Jessica, Michael, Christopher, Brett, Emily, Shelby and Faith; two great-grandchildren: Ethan and Harper; one brother, Clitis Jordon, Jr. of Corsicana and two sisters: Kathey Sherrard of Corsicana and Darla Capehart of Corsicana.
