Andrew Sidney "Bill" Sawyer, age 80, a Durant, OK, formally of Bentley, resident was born on Monday, March 27, 1933, to William and Myrtle Mae (Baker) Sawyer, at Bennington, OK. Bill passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Durant, OK.. He attended Cade School. Bill was a lumberjack. He married Kathy Sawyer in 1965 in California and then Vida Bell Ford Sawyer in Atoka. Bill enjoyed fishing & hunting. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, William and Myrtle Mae (Baker) Sawyer; brothers, Gilbert Sawyer and James Robert Sawyer; sisters, Dora J. Penick and Grace Elizabeth Sawyer; wife, Katy Sawyer and second wife, Vida Ford; son-in-law: Raymon Ford and stepdaughter, Vida Mae Ford.
