Harry Roper, 63, Retired Fireman, Dies In Colorado Harry C. Roper, 63, retired fireman from Lincoln, died in Denver. Funeral services will be Wednesday in Denver. Mr Roper was a n employe at Presbyterian hospital in Denver and had served with the Lincoln fire department for 21 years before moving to Denver in 1945. Surviving are his wife, Mary; sons. Dwight of Roswell, N.M., and Gayle and Jack of Lincoln; daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Ryan, Mrs. Everett Mullendore and Mrs. Bettymae Mendenhall, all of Denver. and Mrs. Betty Jo Paben of Salinas, Calif.; brothers, Curtis and Theodore of Fairmont, Charles of Pasco, Wash., and Vernon of Denver; sisters, Mrs. Amanda Forney of Laramie, Mrs. Pearl Wyatt of Cheyenne and Mrs. Alice Brown of Presho, S.D.
