Bio

Delmer was the son of Ernest and Lena (Lammers ) Scharff. He married Erma Jean Petersen on June 7, 1952, in Minden. Delmer was a veteran of the Korean War, he owned and operated ScharfF Safety Service and hauled gravel for many years. Survivors are his wife, two sons, Dudley and Danny, two daughters, Sheila Carlson and Sonia Keeling, his father, Ernest; one brother, Marvin; one sister, Verlene Holstein and two grandchildren.
