He flew 50 missions from Italy and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. As an entrepreneur, his considerable energy and drive fueled Pittsburgh Valve & Fitting Company for 30 years while he lived in Sewickley, PA. He trained innumerable employees and family to embrace his coda that alacrity, a quick, willing, eager spirit, captured the day. He traveled the world, relished good food and good times with his friends and family. Ralph returned to Tucson with Chotz in 1992. He took care of us all splendidly and we celebrate the strong, smart, handsome, intrepid, Bon Vivant he was throughout his life. He was never happier than when surrounded by his family and we surround him now with love. Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. at St. Plus X, on Monday, September 19, 2005.
