The Wheaton Journal Thu, Mar 01, 1979 • Page 1 Edd Crane Services Thursday Services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the McQueen Chapel for Edd Crane, 82, Stella, who died Monday at the Cardwell Memorial Hospital, Stella, following a long illness. He married Ruth Ryman on May 16, 1925 in Coley, Kans., and they moved to Stella in 1976 from Geuda Springs, Kans. He was a Veteran of World War I. The Rev. Billy Joe Gentry will officiate. Burial will be in the Macedonia Cemetery under the direction of the McQueen Funeral Home, Wheaton. Full Military services will be conducted by the Pierce City National Guard Unit. Survivors include his wife; one son, Merle Crane, Stella; three half sisters: Iva Phirleson, Maurine Wilson and Helen Adamson, all of Sunnyvale, Calif., and three grandchildren.
