Mrs. Bonnie Betterton, age 96, of McKinney, Texas passed away January 16, 2005, in McKinney. She was born January 25, 1908, in Collin County, Texas to Taz and Ida (Walls) Calton. Her husband, Willie Lawrence Betterton preceded her in death. Mrs. Betterton was a homemaker and a member of Branch Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Wayne Betterton of McKinney; sister, Helen Rutledge also of McKinney; grandchildren, Jill Caldwell, Daela Moss and David Betterton; 7 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
