TISHOMINGO--Graveside services for Earnest Franklin Hay, 74, of Oklahoma City, were held Thursday, May 10 in the Tishomingo Cemetery, Pastor Nathan Hedge officiating. A former Tishomingo resident, he was born May 14, 1937 in Madill, and died May 4, 2012, in Oklahoma City. He had worked as an engineer associate for AT&T and was a lifetime member of the Boy Scouts Order of the Arrow and Telephone Pioneers of America. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hilda Jane Hay; and a brother, Thomas Hay. He is survived by a son, Ricky Don Hay; two daughters, Janna Ernestine Elliott and husban Jeff and Debbie Sue Maples and husband Steve; a brother, Raymond Hay and wife Jackie; two sisters, Linda Ruth Wlke and Betty Francine Brownfield; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchilden. Services were held under the direction of Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuaries, Oklahoma City.
