Census records indicate that he was born in Oct 1837, but some others have 1836, 1838, and 1839. From Find A Grave contributor NancyP: Redmond was married 1st to Elizabeth M. "Lizzie" Beeson on August 30, 1866 in Henry County, Iowa. After Lizzie's death he was married 2nd to Ida Aurelia Lusk on May 16, 1905 in Story County, Iowa. Ida had been married 1st to Elias Gilbert on October 12, 1882.
