She died October 22, 1992. Blanche Pavlicek was born December 17, 1910, near Hurley, South Dakota. She was the daughter of James and Anna Novak Pavlicek. She had been employed by the United States Government for 29 years and lived in Florida after retirement. She is survived by one sister, Agnes Manley of Los Angeles, California; three nephews, James Manley of Los Angeles; Emil Kapucian, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and Louis Kapucian of Keystone, Iowa.
