born to Rudolph and Agnes (Jakub) Ludvik. wed to Elizabeth "Betty" Polacek at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Prague on Nov 22, 1955. Preceded in death by his parents; infant brother, Leonard; infant great-granddaughter, Alivia Patrick; brother, Rudy Ludvik; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ann and Lloyd Johnson; brother-in-laws, Albert Kavan and Melvin Kavan. He is survived by his wife; children and spouses, Larry Ludvik of Wahoo, Rosemarie Dority of California, Joann and Duane Knight of Lincoln and Tom and Cheryl Ludvik of Wahoo; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; sisters, Agnes Kavan of Colon and Dorothy Kavan of Morse Bluff; sister-in-law, Lillian Ludvik of Wahoo; many nieces and nephews.
