Jim M. Satorie, 67 years, of Morse Bluff, NE died at his home. He was born November 25, 1945 in North Bend, NE to Max and Elsie(Fencl)Satorie. He lived in the North Bend and Morse Bluff, NE areas all his life. He married Kim Meier on Nov. 7, 1965. They later divorced. He then married Connie Bier. Jim drove for United Parcel Service. He is survived by his wife, Connie of Fremont; daughter, Lisa & husband, Michael Prohaska of Prague, NE; step-daughter, Pam & husband, Matt Shaw of Morse Bluff; brother, Dave & wife, Sherry Westphalen of Schuyler, NE; sister, Gloria Wnek of Phoenix, AZ; 5 grandchildren, Samantha, Sarah & Cody Prohaska, and Dillon & Brooklyn Shaw; 1 step granddaughter; and 4 step great grandchidren 1 niece & 1 nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral service, 10:30 AM, Tuesday, Feb. 19th at Moser Memorial Chapel in North Bend, NE. The Rev. Scott Jensen will officiate. Closed casket visitation on Monday from 4 PM to 8 PM with the family receiving friends from 5 PM to 7 PM all at the funeral home. Burial will be at Killian Cemetery near Morse Bluff. Memorials may be given to the Morse Bluff Volunteer Fire Dept.
