Bio
Parents: His father was Raleigh Harrison Hargett born about 1898 in Kentucky. His mother was Edna Estella Strahn Hargett Spaulding. He was the third child born to this couple. (Information is from his birth certificate.) Believe his father Raleigh Harrison Hargett may have died in Oct 1982 (Maryland?). His mother remarried and died 1979 in Dallas, Dallas Co., Tx. Siblings: Infant/Child Hargett, Gladys Ruth, Leah R., Clara J., David Robert and Donald Ray Hargett. He was 19 years old and was a CPL in the US Army. He arrived by plane, on Feb. 1951, at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield-Suisun, CA, on the Flying Tiger #552. There was a notation c/o Hilton Farms, Catonsville, Maryland.
