FRANKLIN - Ardith "Vee" Tiff, 73, of Franklin, formerly of Kearney, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at Golden Living Center in Franklin. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at O'Brien Straatmann Redinger Funeral Home in Kearney. Burial will be in the Kearney Cemetery. Mrs. Tiff was born Dec. 19, 1939, in Burley, Idaho, to Rex and Nelda (Curtis) Rollstin. Survivors of the immediate family include her husband, Roy Tiff, Sr. of Ravenna; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Marty Tiff of Kearney, Dennis and Jane Tiff of Houston, Texas; three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Mike Galles of Pocatello, Idaho, Gina and Fred Felton of Windsboro, S.C., Katie and Jason Schaub of Ravenna; 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jim Rollstin of Doniphan. She grew up in Aurora and Grand Island. She attended Grand Island Senior High School. On April 22, 1961, Vee was united in marriage to Roy Tiff, Sr. in Grand Island. The couple made their home in Chapman until moving to Kearney in 1974. She was employed by Costal Mart for many years.
