Funeral services for Fay Alene Johnson Flurry, 74, of Leesville will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2006, at Marlow Baptist Church in Marlow with Rev. Hardy Estes officiating. Burial will follow at Drakes Forks in the Marlow Community under the direction of the Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville. Mrs. Flurry passed away Saturday, April 15, 2006, at her home in Johnsonville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Silas "Bud" and Eula Johnson, and two brothers, Hollis Alvie Johnson and Almon "Pooky" Johnson. She is survived by her husband, Sam Flurry of Johnsonville; three daughters, Betty Moore of DeQuincy, Nona Johnson of Vidor, Texas, and Jan Clifton of Hineston; brother, Malcom Johnson of Johnsonville; sister, Vera Huggins of Rosepine; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
