Born to John William McCaghren (1882-1958) & Hattie Belle Kelley McCaghren (1890-1977). Mattie married 1) Alvin "A.J." Lenart (1912-2003) about 1936; they divorced after 1958. Five children: • Marjorie Carolyn Lenart Peterson (1937-2005) • James Charles Lenart (1939-2007) • Virginia Estelle "Jeanie" Lenart Dittfurth (1942-2010) • Mary Kathryn "Kathie" Lenart Dishman • Diane F. Lenart Weikel Mattie married 2) Leland Wheeler Morrow (1915-1997) on Sept. 1, 1979, in Harris County, TX. This was a second marriage for both. No children. ***************************** Mattie F. Morrow , 95, of Houston passed away December 20, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leland in 1997 and daughters, Carolyn Peterson and Virginia Dittfurth; son, James C. Lenart, Sr. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Kathryn Dishman and husband Michael; sons-in-law, William T. Peterson, Jr. and Roy E. Dittfurth; daughter-in-law, Ellen Lenart; 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; niece, Mary Beth Herrell. Visitation: 6-8pm, Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Funeral services: 1 pm, Thursday at Klein Funeral Chapel-CyFair. Interment: Klein Memorial Park-State Highway 249.
