Robert G. Kroh HALFWAY - Robert G. "Bob" Kroh, 81, of Virginia Avenue, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2002, at his home. Born April 18, 1920, in Clarion, Pa., he was the son of the late William and Alda Keifer Kroh. He was employed by Eastalco in Frederick, Md. for 15 years, retiring in 1986. He was the owner and operator of Gun Exchange in Halfway, where he was a gunsmith. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He attended Calvary Temple Church in Williamsport. He was a member of North American Rod and Gun Club of Hagerstown; Loyal Order of Moose 120 of Martinsburg, W.Va.; Funkstown Rod and Gun Club of Williamsport; American Legion Post 202 of Williamsport; Amvets Post 10 of Hagerstown; and IORM Conococheague Tribe 84 of Williamsport. He was a flight instructor for the AOPA in Frederick. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Inez I. Faulders Kroh; four daughters, G. Roberta Miller of Middletown, Md., Barbara J. Beach of Falling Waters, W.Va., Barbara L. Pilchard of Hebron, Md., and Carolyn D. Coulter of Hagerstown; two sons, Larry L. Dill of Hagerstown and Norman L. Kroh of Everett, Wash.; 19 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Lillyguist, and three brothers, Gerald Kroh, Norman Kroh and William Kroh. Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, Williamsport. The Rev. Robert V. Robinson will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Williamsport. The family will receive friends Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, which will open at 9 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to Calvary Temple Church, 147 S.
