Three children, Carol Ann, Duane C, Dale ------------------------------------- ORD - Lydia L. Lane, 81, of Ord died Friday, Oct. 12, at the Valley County Hospital in Ord. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. The Rev. Jim O'Kane will officiate. Burial will be in the Ord Catholic Cemetery. Mrs. Lane was born May 9, 1909, in Garfield County to John and Mary Polak Zabloudil. She grew up in Garfield County and attended the Joint Rural School. On May 16, 1932, she married Charles Lane at Loup City. They lived on farms in Valley County and in 1957 moved to North Loup where Mrs. Lane was a cook at D. J's and the North Loup Cafe. Mr. Lane died July 27, 1976 and in 1986, Mrs. Lane moved to Parkview Village at Ord. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Survivors include one daughter, Carole Woitalewicz of Ord; two sons, Duane of Norton, Kan., and Dale of Broken Arrow, Okla; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, George Zabloudil of Ord and Bill Zabloudil of Grand Island.
